What’s Next for Steph?!?

Hello Family and Friends!

First off, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came to one of my Thank You Celebration events! They were both so much fun and I enjoyed seeing all of your faces, catching up and sharing my favorite foods from around the world and experiences from working with the World Race!

I have had a glorious month and a half with my family up in Boise, Idaho and am cherishing the time I have with them. Which leads me to my next topic, ‘What’s Next for Steph!’?  ??

I am happy to share that I have accepted a position as Squad Mentor for the World Race Program! I will be working out of the Adventures in Missions office based in Gainesville, GA. As Squad Mentor, I will be in charge of all the functioning’s of a squad (logistically, mentally, spiritually) from the office. I will go out for trainings 4-5 times a year for the squad’s debriefs for a few weeks at a time.  I am very excited about this new direction God has given me to be a bit more settled in the USA but still have the opportunity to train, equip, and send out missionaries unto the world!

The staff position through Adventures is 50% fundraised and 50% supplied from the organization. That means I fundraise 50% of my salary. My fundraising amount is $12,000/year which will give me a salary of $24,000.  Since it will be a more long-term commitment with long-term fundraising, Adventures suggests monthly donations. That way I know I have money coming in each month and I don’t have to constantly be fundraising. I can just do my job!

$12,000/year is $1,000/month in monthly donations. Which is 10 people giving $100/month (which amounts to only $3.23/day). Looking at it this way it seems like no problem! I know not everyone is in a place to give $100/month but the more people that commit to $75, $50, or even just $25 a month will all add up together to hit that $1,000/month goal!

My question to you is this.  Will you continue to support me on this journey and enable me to continue to work where God has called me by becoming a monthly supporter? Or even a one-time donation? Any and all contributions help and greatly appreciated!

I have been so blessed by all the support I have had throughout these past few years and know God has given me great people in my life to continue to follow my adventures via my blog, pray for me and my squad’s work abroad, and support my work financially.

Thank you for being a part of my life!

With love,

Stephanie
